Northwestern College Radio Network has sold WSMR-FM of the Sarasota, Florida market for $1,275,000 to the University of South Florida. The seller's broker for this transaction was Greg Guy.
Red Zebra Broadcasting sold WWRC-AM in Washington, DC for $3,100,000 to Salem Communications Corporation. The seller's broker for this transaction was Greg Guy.
Valued at $14 million, Nassau Broadcasting Partners has sold WCRB-FM, licensed to Boston, to WGBH Educational Foundation. The seller's brokers for this transaction were Larry Patrick and Greg Guy.
