MBM Texas Valley LLC has agreed to purchase four FMs and two AMs in McAllen-Brownsville-Harlingen, TX from Border Media Business Trust for $2,500,000. The Seller's brokers for this transaction were Greg Guy and Jason James.
Bayshore Media, LLC has closed on the purchase of WAMS-FM from Snow Hill Broadcasting, LLC in Salisbury, Maryland for $350,000. The broker for this transaction was Jason James.
Fifth Avenue Broadcasting has agreed to purchase WXBW-FM and WMGA-FM in Huntington, WV-Ashland, KY from Connoisseur Media LLC for $1,300,000. The Seller's broker for this transaction was Greg Guy.
Tommy Vascocu has agreed to purchase KHKX-FM, KMCM-FM and KQRX-FM from Townsquare Media LLC in Odessa-Midland, Texas for $1,775,000. The Seller's broker for this transaction was Greg Guy.
WFXZ-CD Station, LLC has closed on the purchase of WFXZ-CD from Boston Broadcasting Corp., in Boston, Massachusetts for $2,900,000.
NRJ TV Philly has agreed to purchase W50DZ-D from WZBN TV, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for $3,500,000.
NRJ TV has closed on the purchase of WTVE-TV from WTVE-TV Associates in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for $30,400,000.
