CheckmarkNRJ TV has closed on the purchase of WTVE-TV from WTVE-TV Associates in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for $30,400,000. The Seller's broker for this transaction was John Cunney.

CheckmarkR Communications has agreed to purchase KBDR-FM, KNEX-FM, and KLNT-AM from Border Media Business Trust in Laredo, Texas for $2,700,000. The Seller's brokers for this transaction were Greg Guy and Jason James.

CheckmarkSt. Gabriel Radio has closed on the purchase of Ohio State University's WOSU-AM in Columbus, Ohio for $2,000,000. The Seller's broker for this transaction was Greg Guy.

CheckmarkWFXZ-CD Station, LLC has agreed to purchase WFXZ-CD from Boston Broadcasting Corp. in Boston, Massachusetts for $2,900,000. The broker for this transaction was John Cunney.
